This fun-packed day will begin with a trip to Chablis. Marc Cameron will share all he knows (and it's quite a bit) about the area, the vineyards, the growing and picking of the grapes (depending on the weather during the summer, we may actually see the vineyards in harvest), and the history of the region. We will see the vines of the Chablis Grand Cru from the mountaintop. The group will visit Domaine Servin for a wine tasting. After a short walk through town, lunch will be at Le Bistrot des Grands Crus.
We will return to the Chateau and prepare the evening's dinner.
