Private day or evening sessions can be booked for small groups of up to 8 persons for demonstration dinners or a hands-on class. Classes and demonstration dinners run approximately 4 hours, with about 3 hours of that time spent cooking, and conclude with a meal that was prepared during the class paired with California wines.

For 4 or fewer students $ 950
For 5 to 8 students $225 per person
The fee for a private market tour and cooking class:
Tuesdays or Fridays
$250 per person for up to 8 students
Includes private tuition, hands-on cooking class, light antipasti with wine to enjoy during class, three-course meal paired with wine, along with recipe booklet, and a "COOKING with JULIE" logo apron.
For off-site classes a fee of $350 for transportation expenses, set-up, and break down.
