The ancient cathedral city of Sens, 15 miles north of Chateau du Fey, has an abundant Monday morning market which we will tour and buy selected foods for the evening�s dinner. We will return to the chateau for lunch and a taste sensitivity class. Immediately following the class, students, Francois and Julie will prepare dinner.
