We will have a chocolate tasting of Guittard chocolates one of the oldest chocolate makers and Scharffen Berger. In this class we will learn how to make chocolate truffles and experiment with exotic flavors. You will make 8 truffles using Guittard chocolates while blending unique flavors from around the world. (Grand Marnier, Port, curry powder, coconut, chili, coffee, almond, or pistachio). These will make great hostess gifts for the holiday season.
