Wine Country Summer Menu
In the wine country lunch we will make our own ricotta cheese for the ravioli nudi,learn to make perfectly moist pork chip and the ethereally light and delicious Pavlova. This is a hands-on cooking class. At the end of the cooking we will enjoy our menu with Napa Valley/Californian wines.
