SPRING SALMON SUPPER

I could make a meal with asparagus and hollandaise sauce. If I did I'd miss the delish salmon, this is a great dish for entertaining as you can do it in advance. The sauce is light but richly flavored it would work also for the asparagus and chicken. The bulgar and quinoa salad is a delightful blend of the grains with fresh notes of the spring. Save room for the dessert, this is no ordinary tiramisu. I made this for a dinner party for my friend in Sydney Australia, he bragged about his "friend the who is a good cook" so I needed something really special.
