Private day or evening sessions can be booked for small groups of 8 to 12 persons for demonstration dinners or a hands-on class. These are a great way to celebrate life's special birthdays, anniversaries or milestones. A private cooking class is a memorable experience and a great way to celebrate with family and friends.

Classes and demonstration dinners run approximately 4 hours, with about 3 hours of that time spent cooking, and conclude with a meal that was prepared during the class paired with California wines.
