Today will be a "Chateau" day. There will be a cooking demonstration by Francois in the morning, with lunch being the culmination of the class. Francois will also conduct a cheese tasting. After lunch there will be a bread baking class by Pastry Chef Didier Chevalier. You will then prepare for the final evening's extravaganza. Francois will share a Champagne toast with everyone before embarking for dinner at three Michelin star La Cote St. Jacques in nearby Joigny.
