Demonstration and hands-on
Make your own chocolates for Valentine's day--learn how to make luscious homemade chocolate truffles, how to select the chocolate and temper chocolate for the perfect shine. The class will make truffles creating several flavors including Cabernet Sauvignon, almond, coconut, fleur de sel, and lemon verbena. Each student will make a dozen truffles to take home.
