Makes 1 cocktail
1 cup lemon beer like Bitburger Radler
1 ounce Dopo Teatro, red vermouth
5 drops rhubarb bitters
Freshly made popcorn with salt
Plastic popcorn boxes
High ball glass to fit inside the popcorn boxes
A piece of clean paper like parchment cut about 1” larger than the opening of the box opening
1. Place the highball glass inside the popcorn box. Pour in the vermouth then top with the beer and the bitters.
2. In the center of the paper cut an “X” with the tip of a sharp knife. Place the straw in the glass and insert the straw through the “X”. Slide the paper inside the popcorn box below the edge so you can’t see it and press the paper against the inside of the box.
3. Top with popcorn and serve.
