Learn how to make the classic French chocolate truffles. If you are passionate about chocolate and want to know the basics for working with chocolate this is the perfect class for you and your Valentine. You will team up with other novice confectioners to create a truffle flavor from scratch, using high-quality chocolate, cream, butter, and other exotic ingredients. You will measure, melt, chill, roll and dip truffles to completion. Cabernet Sauvignon, almond, coconut, fleur de sel, and lemon verbena; each student will make a dozen truffles to take home. These make great hostess gifts or the ultimate sweet temptation for yourself.
