The perfect solution for busy schedules create your ideal cooking class, where you'll work side-by-side with Julie preparing the dishes you've always wanted to learn to cook. Private classes allow you to make the most out of precious vacation time Napa. We'll create a custom class featuring any recipes and techniques you always wanted to learn. The classes can be arranged for 5 days or as little as a half-day. You can accompany Julie on a pre-class shopping trip to learn where and how to find the very best ingredients for your menu.
When it comes to a theme for your class, the only limit is your imagination.

- 5-day basic theory and techniques-from the foundation of culinary arts stocks, meat, fish to dessert basics.
- Provence and the South of France-aioli with vegetables, boulliabaise and lemon tart from Menton.
